Il analyse au quotidien les failles de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience client traditionnelle.<br><br>\ud83d\udc49 L&#8217;id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue du jour : &#8220;Le magasin physique a le monopole du test produit. Le web, lui, c\u2019est une transaction plus froide, qu&#8217;on essaie de r\u00e9chauffer dans les fiches produits avec des influenceurs et de la personnalisation pour retrouver un peu d\u2019authenticit\u00e9.&#8221;<br><br>Thibaud bouscule ce sch\u00e9ma. Sa conviction ? Il faut r\u00e9inventer la fameuse r\u00e9union &#8220;Tupperware&#8221; \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e8re du digital .<br><br>L&#8217;objectif n&#8217;est pas d&#8217;investir dans des Showrooms ou dans une arm\u00e9e de VRP, mais de multiplier les points de contact organiques.<br>Pour lui, le commerce de demain s&#8217;articule autour de quelques axes saillants :<br><br>&#8211; Le Showrooming d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 :<br>Le magasin reste le laboratoire de la marque, mais la vraie vie, c&#8217;est le salon du voisin, ce que notre connaissance nous a dit. Le bouche-\u00e0-oreille na\u00eet de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue dans l\u2019usage. L&#8217;enjeu strat\u00e9gique n&#8217;est plus de ramener \u00e0 tout prix le client vers un stock centralis\u00e9, mais de d\u00e9placer l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience vers le client, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ambassadeurs locaux.<br><br>&#8211; La r\u00e9assurance par la preuve (Pas par la promesse)<br>Face \u00e0 un achat complexe (un v\u00e9lo, une piscine, un meuble, un s\u00e9jour&#8230;), le client doute et h\u00e9site&#8230; L&#8217;utilisateur, lui, a la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 du terrain.<br>Connecter un prospect avec un vrai client (en physique ou via un live shopping &#8220;priv\u00e9&#8221;) permet de montrer les vraies qualit\u00e9s et de r\u00e9pondre aux questions d\u2019usage que la fiche produit ne dit pas.<br>C&#8217;est l&#8217;authenticit\u00e9 brute, et \u00e7a tape fort : on observe des bonds de +35% de conversion sur ce type d&#8217;interactions.<br><br>&#8211; Le couteau suisse de la conversion (L&#8217;Affiliation locale) :<br>On sort du simple recueil d&#8217;avis statiques sur une fiche produit. On parle d&#8217;une fusion redoutable entre prescription client, affiliation et programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<br>Le client convaincu fait tester le produit, devient membre actif de la communaut\u00e9, et transforme son engagement en r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (une sorte de cashback vertueux).<br><br>Sa conclusion ? Je vais la traduire comme cela :<br>La confiance ne se d\u00e9cr\u00e8te pas.
