Elle pilote une cat\u00e9gorie tentaculaire : des clients BtoC, des professionnels BtoB, des artisans partenaires pour la pose (BtoBtoC), le tout en omnicanal (Digital &amp; Magasin).<br><br>\ud83d\udc49 L&#8217;id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue du jour : &#8220;Face \u00e0 une multitude de clients et des parcours d&#8217;achat qui se croisent, il n&#8217;y a pas le choix : il faut des solutions complexes et des usines \u00e0 gaz op\u00e9rationnelles.&#8221;<br><br>Nathalie prend le contre-pied total. Sa conviction ? Il faut traiter la complexit\u00e9 par la simplicit\u00e9.<br><br>Le secret ne r\u00e9side pas dans l&#8217;ajout de process, mais dans le changement de regard : on ne vend plus des articles isol\u00e9s, on vend un r\u00e9sultat. Pour g\u00e9rer cette machine, elle s&#8217;appuie sur 3 axes fondamentaux :<br><br>1. Penser &#8220;Projet&#8221; et non plus &#8220;Produit&#8221; (R\u00e9agir \u00e0 l&#8217;usage)<br>Un client ne se l\u00e8ve pas le matin pour acheter une planche ou une porte. Il veut un dressing pour ranger ses affaires. Le fonctionnement en mode projet oblige \u00e0 traiter chaque r\u00e9f\u00e9rence comme la pi\u00e8ce d&#8217;un puzzle qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un seul besoin : l&#8217;usage.<br><br>\ud83d\udca1 Le coup d&#8217;apr\u00e8s : C&#8217;est d&#8217;ailleurs l&#8217;essence m\u00eame du commerce agentique. Demain, les IA (LLM) qui assisteront les clients ne chercheront plus de simples caract\u00e9ristiques techniques. Elles chercheront la meilleure r\u00e9ponse globale \u00e0 un usage pr\u00e9cis.<br>Une offre qui n&#8217;est pas pens\u00e9e et disponible autour de l&#8217;usage deviendra tout simplement invisible.<br><br>2. Le syndrome de la charni\u00e8re (Le bon produit, au bon moment)<br>Vous avez 99% de disponibilit\u00e9 sur vos portes et vos caissons ? Bravo. Mais si la charni\u00e8re \u00e0 2\u20ac est en rupture de stock, c&#8217;est l&#8217;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du projet \u00e0 1000\u20ac qui s&#8217;effondre.<br><br>G\u00e9rer la complexit\u00e9, c&#8217;est mesurer la disponibilit\u00e9 de tout l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me simultan\u00e9ment. La performance d&#8217;une cat\u00e9gorie se juge \u00e0 la satisfaction finale de l&#8217;utilisateur, pas juste \u00e0 l&#8217;empilement de KPIs isol\u00e9s.<br><br>3. D\u00e9montrer l&#8217;usage pour favoriser l&#8217;\u00e9motion<br>Vendre du rangement modulaire sur-mesure, c&#8217;est assembler des milliers de variables.<br><br>Pour ne pas effrayer le client avec cette complexit\u00e9, la seule solution est d&#8217;\u00eatre ultra-concret. Le configurateur 3D et les showrooms immersifs permettent d&#8217;effacer la logistique lourde derri\u00e8re une mise en situation parfaite.<br><br>Le produit s&#8217;efface devant le projet, et c&#8217;est cette projection visuelle qui cr\u00e9e l&#8217;\u00e9motion et d\u00e9clenche l&#8217;achat.<br><br>Sa conclusion ? Je vais le dire comme cela :<br><br>La complexit\u00e9 est notre probl\u00e8me de retailer.
