Le magasin devient un showroom immersif qualitatif o\u00f9 le produit quitte le virtuel pour entrer dans la vraie vie. C&#8217;est rendre des produits (souvent volumineux) disponibles au plus proche des clients, tout en s&#8217;assurant une exposition de marque physique et locale au quotidien. (Je vous jure !) Sur la surface de vente, de vrais conseillers incarnent l&#8217;ADN et les valeurs de la marque. Face \u00e0 un achat tr\u00e8s impliquant pour l&#8217;habitat, \u00e0 un projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement, ils ne sont pas l\u00e0 pour &#8220;pousser&#8221; des bo\u00eetes, mais pour accompagner, rassurer et prendre soin du client avec une vraie expertise et une \u00e9coute.<br><br>Sa conclusion ?
